The Dolphin Coast Residents and Ratepayers Association (DOCRRA) represents the interest of all Residents and Ratepayers on municipal rates, utility and other charges and service delivery of the KwaDukuza Municipality.
In addition, DOCRRA concerns itself with safety and security, the environment, community affairs and anything related to the lifestyle of all living on and visiting the Dolphin Coast.

As a non-profit, we rely on membership fees to fund the work we do.
Committee members work on a volunteer basis. Our conservative budget provides for administration, operational, Â and communications costs to efficiently serve our community.
