Environmental Affairs(EDTEA), are currently working on an Estuary Management Plan (EMP) for the uThongathi Estuary which involves a public participation process.

Attached is a notice providing an invitation to a public participation meeting where stakeholders are able to provide input on the conservation status and management plans of the estuary. This meeting is going to take place at the Tongaat Town Hall on 10 December 2020 at 17:00.
